The Spam Problem
Spammers often promote legitimate "anti-spam" sites
like this one, in an attempt to receive affiliate or referral
commissions for any sales that are generated. Unfortunately, all
large Web sites on the Internet, including Amazon.com, eBay.com,
and many others, have to deal with this problem.
Our Affiliates and Partners
Here at XAssociation.com, we do not engage in any form of email
advertising. Emails are sent solely to our existing clients, in
response to their inquiries, to our newsletter subscribers or
for similarly relevant purposes. If you have received an
unsolicited email promoting our site, chances are it was sent by
an affiliate or partner.
Our Anti-Spam Policy
We do not allow spamming of any kind. Any persons engaging in
spamming activities related to our website will be prosecuted to
the full extent of the law. Our affiliate program manager, and
our ISP, also have very strict anti-spam policies.
Our affiliates are well aware of the fact that we do not
tolerate spamming, but every now and then a bad apple comes
along and insists on promoting our website in this manner. These
individuals are immediately suspended from our network.
Contact Us about Spam
Our Terms Of Service clearly prohibits our Affiliates from
promoting this service via unsolicited e-mail, off-topic
newsgroup advertising, or any activity that involves or relates
to SPAM in any way.
If you have any information
about this Web site being promoted via spam, especially an email
that you have received, please contact us right away so that we
can take care of it. Please include the message and URL so we
can take proper actions against that particular Affiliate.
Again, We do not tolerate spam,
so feel free to contact us at any time:
